What Happens in a Kinesiology Treatment?
My goal is to complement any medical advice you’ve received and guide you to improved well-being. We offer in-person kinesiology sessions in Surrey, UK as well as online support through kinesiology and dowsing with a visual link. This online approach allows us to work on energetic and health-related issues from anywhere in the world, making it easy to access the care you need.
We start by going through a health questionnaire that you would have filled in and returned to me prior to your session. We discuss anything specific you would like me to work on. Even if you are uncertain about your needs or where to begin, each session will be customized to address what is most beneficial for you.
In kinesiology we place your arm or leg into a specific position and apply light pressure against the muscle being tested while you match the pressure in return. This allows us to check responses and determine what your body’s bio-energetic system needs, making Kinesiology a powerful process.
You’ll remain fully dressed (loose fitting clothes and socks are recommended) and you relax on a treatment couch whilst I take you through a series of muscle tests to see where imbalances may lie in the body.
With all treatments, coaching and life dowsing we have a chat about what is important to you and work out a plan of sessions, time and/or treatment.

When you get in touch, Sara will check your home for imbalances and look for the top priorities to work with.
Sara works to dowse for and identify the main causes of disharmony; the aim is to bring your home into balance and neutralise as much detrimental energy as possible. Checks include dowsing for a full range of detrimental energies and necessary healing and solution work. Typically, this covers remote space clearing, blessing and healing work, earth energy harmonisation and clearing geopathic stress.
The aim is to remove key low frequency energy sources and clear negative vibrational patterns. Some types of earth energies i.e. an underground river running in a rock fissure cannot be cured but can be avoided and mitigated for. This service also includes spirit removal / release (if needed), clearing past land use, curses and past occupant patterns. If negative energies are found these are cleared without engagement with them, so Sara will not be able to tell you much about what they were.
The cost of your service will be quoted in advance, based on the size of your property and your specific requirements.

House dowse and healing balance- from £237 +
Dowsing and intuitive survey. Checks include dowsing for detrimental energies and all necessary healing work, typically covering space clearing and realignment of your home with blessing and healing work, working with earth energies and any geopathic stress in your home, spirit release (if needed), past occupants’ patterns, and an energy balance. Sare will also check for Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs) and Electrosmog if visiting in person.
Feng Shui House dowse and healing balance, with analysis of Feng Shui: £387
This is a detailed report that includes the above home healing services for larger houses or business premises, i.e., it can include additional garden design, feng shui form school and placement, colour and layout advice.
